Anthony is joining the AIChE board for the second time this semester as the chapter’s President. He served as the Treasurer in the Fall 2021 semester. Anthony is a junior majoring in chemical engineering and minoring in chemistry, and his focus area is biochemical engineering. Anthony recently finished a summer internship with Frontline BioEnergy, LLC in Nevada, IA where he was able to learn about biomass gasification and lead a project to develop a continuous ion exchange system that will treat pilot plant process water. Outside of AIChE, Anthony enjoys working out, disc golfing, learning guitar, and spending time outdoors. He is also involved with American Cancer Society on Campus, Omega Chi Epsilon (OXE), and he is a research assistant in Fiegel Lab.
