ChemE Car Coordinator

Dimitri is currently a senior studying chemical engineering with an EFA in sustainability. His favorite class he has taken is heat and mass transfer. In fact, he liked it so much, he is currently a teaching assistant for that class. He spent his summer doing a remote internship for National Renewable Energy Laboratory, where he modeled solvent evaporation rates used to make perovskite solar panels. Dimitri really likes bananas, but only when they are bruise free and the perfect amount of ripeness (minimal green/brown). He also goes by Peach because his older brother couldn’t pronounce Dimitri when they were little, so he called him “Peachtree.” After graduation, Dimitri would like to go to graduate school to get a PhD in chemical engineering and then do work in carbon dioxide utilization or renewable energy development.
